Signs and Flyers

Do you have wildlife activity in your neighbourhood? Could your street benefit from one of these signs or flyers? Help reduce human-wildlife conflicts by letting us know!

Educational Materials

  • Yellow sign: Secure your attractants. Bear in area. Garbage, ripe fruit, birdfeeders, BBQs, smelly compost, pet food, livestock and livestock feed, outdoor fridge/freezers. Call 1 877 952 7277 to report conflicts with bears.

  • Door hanger, back: Secure all attractants. Help reduce human-wildlife conflict. Store your garbage in a secure location until the morning of collection. Freeze organic waste to prevent smell. Feed pets indoors and store pet and livestock feed in a secure location. Use a well-maintained electric fence around livestock and orchards. Clean your BBQ after every use. Pick your fruit before it ripens and prevent windfall. Do not feed wildlife.

  • Door hanger, back: Secure all attractants. Help reduce human-wildlife conflict. Keep dogs on leash at all times. Store garbage in a secure location. Use a well-maintained electric fence around livestock. Do not approach or feed wolves. Feed pets indoors and keep pet and livestock feed in a secure location. Haze wolves to let them know they aren't welcome with loud noises such as an air horn.
